Background
The global career development is facing profound changes. The rapid development of globalization, digitalization and artificial intelligence continues to reshape the employment market pattern, and a large number of workers urgently need professional support for career transformation and career restructuring. At the same time, theoretical construction and practical innovation in the field of career development urgently need to gather cross-regional and cross-cultural multiple wisdom.
Since its establishment, the Hong Kong International Career Development Association has been committed to promoting academic research, professional practice and international exchanges in the field of career development. In order to further consolidate global professional forces, the Association now officially launches two global open calls, and sincerely invites experts, scholars and practical workers from all over the world to participate.
Objectives and nature
The Global Expert Roster is a comprehensive international talent pool established by HKICDA, which aims to identify and include people with professional career development intelligence around the world to jointly meet the challenges of the times.
The inclusion in the roster itself does not constitute an immediate appointment. When the Association or its partners carry out consulting projects, research programs, training activities or policy advice, it will give priority to selecting suitable experts from the roster. Each appointment will provide detailed Terms of Reference in advance, clarifying the work content, expected output and remuneration arrangements. Some appointments may be of a non-grant honorary nature, which will be fully explained within the scope of authority and the will of the expert will be respected.
After being included in the roster, you will enjoy the following rights and interests:
Recommend to participate in the global projects of HKICDA and its partners;
Get a digital badge to improve international academic and professional visibility;
Personal professional profiles and representative achievements are publicly displayed on the official website of HKICDA.
Qualification requirements
This roster welcomes professionals with diverse academic qualifications and experience backgrounds.
Priority qualification:
- Have work experience in international organizations, transnational institutions or cross-cultural environments;
- Have provided consulting services for development institutions or served as a consultant in international occasions;
- Hold peer-reviewed publications or representative research results;
- Hold relevant professional certifications such as career planner and career consultant, or be an active member of relevant professional associations;
- Those who have excellent English work ability and master other official languages (French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese) are preferred.
Core competence expectations:
- Adhere to integrity and uphold the highest integrity, fairness and morality;
- Agree with the social mission of career development;
- Respect the differences in professional concepts and practices in different cultural backgrounds;
- Maintain openness, flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing environments;
- Be able to transform professional knowledge into practical plans and suggestions;
- Have the courage to take responsibility for your own professional opinions;
- Continue to pay attention to the academic frontier and improve professional intelligence;
- Have analytical and strategic thinking, and be able to propose systematic solutions in complex situations;
- Good at cross-professional collaboration, and able to communicate effectively to exert influence.
The Association especially encourages practical workers and young professionals (under 35 years old) from developing countries to submit applications.

全球職業生涯發展事業正面臨深刻變革。全球化、數位化與人工智能的迅速發展持續重塑就業市場格局,大量勞動者迫切需要職業轉型與生涯重構的專業支持。與此同時,職業生涯發展領域的理論建設與實踐創新,亟需匯聚跨地域、跨文化的多元智慧。
香港國際職業生涯發展協會自成立以來,始終致力推動職業生涯發展領域的學術研究、專業實踐與國際交流。為進一步凝聚全球專業力量,本會現正式啟動兩項全球公開徵集,誠邀各國專家學者及實務工作者參與。
第一部分:全球專家名冊
1. 目標與性質
「全球專家名冊」係由HKICDA設立的綜合性國際人才庫,旨在識別並收錄全球範圍內具備職業生涯發展專業知能的人士,以共同應對時代挑戰。
納入名冊本身並不構成即時委任。當本會或其合作夥伴開展諮詢項目、研究計劃、培訓活動或政策建言時,將優先自名冊中選聘合適專家。每一項委任均會事先提供詳盡的職權範圍(Terms of Reference),明確工作內容、預期產出及酬金安排。部分委任可能為無償榮譽性質,屆時將於職權範圍中充分說明,並尊重專家意願。
納入名冊後,您將享有以下權益:
- 推薦參與HKICDA及其合作夥伴的全球項目;
- 獲發數位徽章(Digital Badge),提升國際學術與專業能見度;
- 個人專業簡介及代表性成果於HKICDA官方網站公開展示。
2. 資格要求
本名冊歡迎具備多元學歷與經驗背景的專業人士。
優先資格:
- 具備國際組織、跨國機構或跨文化環境之工作經驗;
- 曾為發展機構提供諮詢服務,或於國際場合擔任顧問;
- 持有經同行審查的出版物或代表性研究成果;
- 持有職業規劃師、職業諮詢師等相關專業認證,或為相關專業協會之活躍會員;
- 具備優秀的英語工作能力,掌握其他官方語文(法語、西班牙語、俄語、阿拉伯語、中文)者尤佳。
核心能力期望:
- 恪守誠信,秉持最高的誠實、公正與道德操守;
- 認同職業生涯發展事業的社會使命;
- 尊重不同文化背景下的職業觀念與實踐差異;
- 面對變動環境保持開放、靈活與應變能力;
- 能將專業知識轉化為切實可行的方案與建議;

- 持續關注學術前沿,精進專業知能;

本會特別鼓勵發展中國家實務工作者及青年專業人士(35歲以下)提交申請。
