He holds an MSc in International Management from Teesside University (UK) and is certified as an IPP International Career Planner and a GMI (Global Mentorship Initiative) Mentor. He also serves as an off‑campus career development instructor at Minzu University of China and is selected as an expert in the Guangdong Human Resources Management Association’s expert pool.

Industry Contributions
He participated as a representative in the formulation of the group standard Competency Requirements for Entrepreneurship Instructors in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area. He also compiled the first edition of the Asia‑Pacific Career Development Simplified Chinese Industry Glossary, establishing a unified terminology foundation for career development theory and practice in Chinese‑speaking regions.

Frontline Experience
He has been long‑term involved in public employment services, serving as a career guidance expert and judge at major job fairs and university career planning competitions, including “Guiding the Future,” “Spring Breeze Action,” and “Million Talents.” Through these activities, he has accumulated extensive practical experience in counselling diverse groups.

His current research focuses on resilience in response to career uncertainty, competency models for cross‑border career mobility, and the reshaping of traditional career ladders by artificial intelligence. Through the Association’s column, he continues to publish commentaries that combine academic rigour with practical value, striving to bridge theory and everyday workplace practice, and helping professionals navigate with clarity in a rapidly changing environment.

Ms. Yin holds a Bachelor’s degree and is a certified International Career Development Facilitator.

She has long been engaged in frontline career counselling, specialising in supporting women re‑entering the workplace, cross‑border family employment, and fresh graduates. She has accumulated over 1,000 hours of practical coaching experience.

Current Research and Column Writing
Her research focuses on women’s career resilience and workplace inclusion, as well as the reshaping of women’s leadership pathways in the AI era. Through the Association’s column, she regularly publishes analytical articles that combine academic rigour with humanistic care. She is committed to providing evidence‑based growth blueprints for women at different career stages, and to promoting greater attention to diversity and inclusion issues at both corporate and policy levels.
