Academic Background and Credentials<\/strong> He holds an MSc in International Management from Teesside University (UK) and is certified as an IPP International Career Planner and a GMI (Global Mentorship Initiative) Mentor. He also serves as an off\u2011campus career development instructor at Minzu University of China and is selected as an expert in the Guangdong Human Resources Management Association\u2019s expert pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Industry Contributions<\/strong> He participated as a representative in the formulation of the group standard Competency Requirements for Entrepreneurship Instructors in the Guangdong\u2013Hong Kong\u2013Macao Greater Bay Area<\/em>. He also compiled the first edition of the Asia\u2011Pacific Career Development Simplified Chinese Industry Glossary<\/em>, establishing a unified terminology foundation for career development theory and practice in Chinese\u2011speaking regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Frontline Experience<\/strong> He has been long\u2011term involved in public employment services, serving as a career guidance expert and judge at major job fairs and university career planning competitions, including \u201cGuiding the Future,\u201d \u201cSpring Breeze Action,\u201d and \u201cMillion Talents.\u201d Through these activities, he has accumulated extensive practical experience in counselling diverse groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Research and Column Work<\/strong> His current research focuses on resilience in response to career uncertainty, competency models for cross\u2011border career mobility, and the reshaping of traditional career ladders by artificial intelligence. Through the Association\u2019s column, he continues to publish commentaries that combine academic rigour with practical value, striving to bridge theory and everyday workplace practice, and helping professionals navigate with clarity in a rapidly changing environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Yin holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree and is a certified International Career Development Facilitator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Frontline Service and Experience<\/strong> She has long been engaged in frontline career counselling, specialising in supporting women re\u2011entering the workplace, cross\u2011border family employment, and fresh graduates. She has accumulated over 1,000 hours of practical coaching experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Current Research and Column Writing<\/strong> Her research focuses on women\u2019s career resilience and workplace inclusion, as well as the reshaping of women\u2019s leadership pathways in the AI era. Through the Association\u2019s column, she regularly publishes analytical articles that combine academic rigour with humanistic care.
