The rapid development of globalization, digitalization and artificial intelligence continues to reshape the employment market pattern, and a large number of workers urgently need professional support for career transformation and career restructuring. At the same time, theoretical construction and practical innovation in the field of career development urgently need to gather cross-regional and cross-cultural multiple wisdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since its establishment, the Hong Kong International Career Development Association has been committed to promoting academic research, professional practice and international exchanges in the field of career development. In order to further consolidate global professional forces, the Association now officially launches two global open calls, and sincerely invites experts, scholars and practical workers from all over the world to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Objectives and nature<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Global Expert Roster is a comprehensive international talent pool established by HKICDA, which aims to identify and include people with professional career development intelligence around the world to jointly meet the challenges of the times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The inclusion in the roster itself does not constitute an immediate appointment. When the Association or its partners carry out consulting projects, research programs, training activities or policy advice, it will give priority to selecting suitable experts from the roster. Each appointment will provide detailed Terms of Reference in advance, clarifying the work content, expected output and remuneration arrangements. class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7b2c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff1a\u5168\u7403\u5c08\u5bb6\u540d\u518a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. \u76ee\u6a19\u8207\u6027\u8cea<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300c\u5168\u7403\u5c08\u5bb6\u540d\u518a\u300d\u4fc2\u7531HKICDA\u8a2d\u7acb\u7684\u7d9c\u5408\u6027\u570b\u969b\u4eba\u624d\u5eab\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u8b58\u5225\u4e26\u6536\u9304\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u5177\u5099\u8077\u696d\u751f\u6daf\u767c\u5c55\u5c08\u696d\u77e5\u80fd\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u4ee5\u5171\u540c\u61c9\u5c0d\u6642\u4ee3\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7d0d\u5165\u540d\u518a\u672c\u8eab\u4e26\u4e0d\u69cb\u6210\u5373\u6642\u59d4\u4efb\u3002\u7576\u672c\u6703\u6216\u5176\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u958b\u5c55\u8aee\u8a62\u9805\u76ee\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u5283\u3001\u57f9\u8a13\u6d3b\u52d5\u6216\u653f\u7b56\u5efa\u8a00\u6642\uff0c\u5c07\u512a\u5148\u81ea\u540d\u518a\u4e2d\u9078\u8058\u5408\u9069\u5c08\u5bb6\u3002\u6bcf\u4e00\u9805\u59d4\u4efb\u5747\u6703\u4e8b\u5148\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a73\u76e1\u7684\u8077\u6b0a\u7bc4\u570d\uff08Terms of Reference\uff09\uff0c\u660e\u78ba\u5de5\u4f5c\u5167\u5bb9\u3001\u9810\u671f\u7522\u51fa\u53ca\u916c\u91d1\u5b89\u6392\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u59d4\u4efb\u53ef\u80fd\u70ba\u7121\u511f\u69ae\u8b7d\u6027\u8cea\uff0c\u5c46\u6642\u5c07\u65bc\u8077\u6b0a\u7bc4\u570d\u4e2d\u5145\u5206\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0a\u91cd\u5c08\u5bb6\u610f\u9858\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7d0d\u5165\u540d\u518a\u5f8c\uff0c\u60a8\u5c07\u4eab\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6b0a\u76ca\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u63a8\u85a6\u53c3\u8207HKICDA\u53ca\u5176\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u7684\u5168\u7403\u9805\u76ee\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7372\u767c\u6578\u4f4d\u5fbd\u7ae0\uff08Digital Badge\uff09\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u8853\u8207\u5c08\u696d\u80fd\u898b\u5ea6\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u500b\u4eba\u5c08\u696d\u7c21\u4ecb\u53ca\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u6210\u679c\u65bcHKICDA\u5b98\u65b9\u7db2\u7ad9\u516c\u958b\u5c55\u793a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. \u8cc7\u683c\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u672c\u540d\u518a\u6b61\u8fce\u5177\u5099\u591a\u5143\u5b78\u6b77\u8207\u7d93\u9a57\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u512a\u5148\u8cc7\u683c\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
