WHO WE ARE
The Hong Kong International Career Development Association is established by professionals and social status in the field of international career development. The association brings together elites from all walks of life, such as technical experts, business management consultants, and human resources experts, and is committed to assisting individuals and enterprises in formulating scientific and reasonable development plans.
THE VISION
The Association is committed to promoting academic and practical exchanges for career development in China and internationally, and promoting progress in related fields. Uniting the majority of career planning and employment practitioners and researchers, we will continue to carry out academic activities, provide training and certification services, assist the industry in regulating the market, strengthen academic research, promote the prosperity and development of career planning and employment guidance, and enhance the professionalism and influence of career development planning on the international stage.
Structure of the association
Our association adopts a clear and efficient governance framework to ensure smooth operations, combining democratic decision-making with professional execution.
General Meeting
The supreme authority, composed of all members, responsible for:
- Approving major policies and constitutional amendments
- Electing the Board of Directors
- Reviewing financial reports
Board of Directors
Elected by members, overseeing strategy and governance:
- Chairman: Leads the board and represents the association.
- Company Secretary: Handles legal compliance and records.
- Treasurer: Manages finances and budgets.
Advisory Council
Provides expert guidance on key issues.
Secretary General
Executes board decisions and manages daily operations.
Operations Team
Handles membership services, events, communications, and administration.

Membership fee
Member: ¥900 per term (3 years)
Director: ¥6,000 per term (5 years)
Standing Director: ¥10,000 per term (5 years)
Vice President: ¥20,000 per term (5 years)
