Journal of Career Development Practice and Research
Journal of Career Development Practice and Research is an international annual scholarly journal dedicated to all career development and practice related topics, such as career planning and counseling, individual and organizational career development, career education, career coaching, and career management. This journal publishes one or two issues every year, and the first issue is expected to be published soon. Subscription to the Journal is free to all readers. No article processing charge (APC) is required.
It is our goal to include authors from as many backgrounds as possible, particularly frontline practitioners. We encourage both scholars and practitioners to submit articles containing practical experiences and innovative cases. We ask our editors to adopt a mentoring approach which assists authors to get submissions ready for publication. The review process for a typical article could take 6 to 8 weeks.

《生涯發展實務與研究期刊》，致力於職業生涯發展與實務相關議題，包括職業生涯規劃與諮詢、個人與組織生涯發展、生涯教育、職業教練及生涯管理等。本刊每年出版一到兩期，創刊號預計即將出版。本刊對所有讀者免費開放，不向作者收取任何文章處理費（APC）。
本刊致力於盡可能涵蓋多元背景的作者，特別是一線實務工作者。我們鼓勵學者與實務工作者投稿分享實務經驗與創新案例。我們期望編輯以指導式的審稿態度，協助作者提升稿件質量以達到發表標準。一般稿件審稿週期約為6至8週。

Submission Guidance
Submissions: All manuscripts and editorial inquiries should be sent via email to hongkong@hkicda.com. Please include “Submission + Article Title” in the subject line. Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the journal’s submission guidelines. Submission implies that the work is original and has not been published elsewhere.
